TIP: Always check clutch discs for loose rivets, excessive spline wear, and
warpage.
Minimum disc thickness is .080 in one disc clutches, 0.90 in two disc clutches, and 0.94
in three disc clutches. If any of the above conditions are present, you need to replace
the discs. |
